The Principal Process Architect role is key to delivering our strategy and transformation initiatives. You will be part of the leadership team for the Transformation and Change Function, ensuring that our process change methodology and governance processes are maintained. This role offers unique opportunities to work across Bupa Global, aligning with senior managers and directors, and contributing to the success of our transformation portfolio. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain the full End to End Process Taxonomy and Operating Model. Support delivery of the BG Strategy and associated portfolio of Change and Transformation initiatives. Lead the effective delivery of process change in Transformation programmes and projects. Provide accurate, timely, and appropriate designs, information, guidance, and insights. Develop, lead, and manage BG’s Operating Model Process Design Methodology. Investigate and engage with development methodologies in the external market. Research and provide strategic and tactical guidance to Business Analysts, Project Managers, and the wider Business. Coach and mentor the Transformation and Change team in design tools and processes. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Bupa Global. What We’re Looking For Qualified Lean Practitioner Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels. Structured strategic thinker. First-class stakeholder engagement skills up to ExCo level Extensive team leadership experience. Demonstrable experience in large-scale change programme implementations. Experience in developing or maintaining operating model process design and management tools. Experience in managing and providing leadership within a matrix-based organisation.
