Ewan Bramley Dental Care is looking for an exceptional Dental Practice Manager to join our independent, fully private dental practice as we enter an exciting new phase of ownership and expansion.

Our clinic is transitioning to new ownership, and we’re looking for a Practice Manager to lead our next chapter of success. This role will involve working closely with both the team and owners to drive growth and maintain our exceptional reputation within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and inspire a team in a supportive and collaborative environment.
2. Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, including scheduling, patient care, compliance, and financial management.
3. Work closely with the practice principals to drive the business forward with a focus on growth and patient satisfaction.
4. Maintain and enhance our friendly, welcoming culture for both patients and staff.
What We’re Looking For:
1. A charismatic leader with excellent communication skills.
2. Someone who is confident, approachable, and loves working in a team-oriented environment.
3. Experience managing a dental or healthcare practice (preferred but not essential).
4. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
5. A patient-focused mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care.
6. Ability to support and develop the team, fostering both individual growth and overall practice success.
