Role & Responsibilities:
Lead & manage the Hire & Sales Desk team (Customer Services)
Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers and provide high levels of customer service at all times
Check availability of equipment internally
Processing of Hire & Sales orders
Contract administration support
Produce Management Information reports
Essentials:
Hire Desk or Sales Desk experience in a Plant & Equipment Hire business or Construction Plant Department.
Experience of Team Management / Supervision
Experience using ERP systems for order / contract processing
High level of commercial acumen
