We are implementing a new team structure, and we are hiring our first Clinical Trials Volunteer Recruitment Call Centre Manager to provide leadership, training and coaching to our Recruitment Call Center team.

We will trust you to drive the Fortrea UK Call Center team, which builds and maintains Fortrea’s participants database of healthy volunteers and patients for our clinical trials. They screen them to assess their suitability and identify the right trial opportunity for each potential participant.
What you will be doing

* Reporting directly to you, you will oversee a varied team of 10+ people, including supervisors, agents and coordinators.
* You will provide strategic direction, leadership and perform full-cycle performance management.
* You will contribute expertise to win new business and represent Fortrea at client meetings.
You need to bring
This is a recruitment call center leadership job, embedded in a scientific environment, with client-facing responsibilities. Extensive call center team leadership & line management experience is essential.
You are used to interact extensively with Top Leadership teams, so commercial acumen is critical. You are experienced talking with authority with sophisticated clients and designing solutions to customers.
