This role will be responsible for proactively reaching out & working with our Broker network, you will have the opportunity to cultivate and enhance profitable business relationships in alignment with AXA's strategy and plan. Your focus will be on providing high-quality service to brokers, while striving to achieve key performance indicators and targets, including submission volumes, sales, retentions, profitability, and underwriting quality performance. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We have one role available within our Dublin office and one in the Belfast Office. What you'll be doing: Working closely with the AXA Commercial & Retail Team(s) across Dublin, Athlone & Derry to achieve performance targets and service objectives. Adhere to the control environment including underwriting QA, Risk, Internal Audit and Compliance environment to ensure a high level of governance within Broker area. Identify sales opportunities with Elevate brokers. Understanding & Promoting AXA Products. Works closely with the Underwriting Teams to ensure excellent customer service. Through Relationship development identifies growth opportunities. Ideally 3 years' experience in a similar role, with Commercial and / or Retail Insurance Experience Experience in a Sales & Relationship Management role would be beneficial. APA Qualification is essential, with commitment to completing CIP within 12 months required. Strong Relationship & Influencing Skills Excellent Communicator Positive influencer with the ability to interact with people from a variety of different seniority, cultures, and business disciplines.
