Salary: £55,000pa - £63,000pa + Car Allowance and benefits package
As a Senior Cost Manager (QS) within their UK T & U or D & I sectors, you'll be involved in various client projects and initiatives. They're looking for experienced Cost Managers and Quantity Surveyors with backgrounds in Rail, Highways, Aviation, Nuclear, or Defence, and a proven track record in delivering costs for major projects or programs.

While SC/DV Clearance is desirable, the ability to obtain clearance is essential. You'll primarily interact with clients, either within a large team or as the key day-to-day contact point. Key Objectives:
Administering contracts in line with project objectives and policies
Managing contract changes effectively
Providing accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting
Proactively monitoring and managing cost variance and contract cash flow
Driving improvements in forecast and budget accuracy
Qualifications:
Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
Holding or working towards appropriate professional body membership is desirable
Experience with Contract Management (NEC3, Option C preferred)
Must-Have Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Contract Management (NEC3, Option A, C & E preferred)
Expertise in Cost Management, Change Management, Risk Management, Procurement, Estimating, Pricing, Reporting, and Collaborative approaches
Ability to share best practices, manage people, and drive efficiencies and improvements
Knowledge of construction industry technical matters such as procurement routes, value management, and value engineering
