Manage relationships with commercial customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Provide expert guidance to customers on transitioning to a lower carbon future. Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders, including local government representatives, councils, and industry bodies. Stay informed on industry trends, government incentives, and the evolving energy market. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer onboarding. Develop and manage the local installer network to support market growth. Ensure compliance with internal and external procedures, including health and safety standards. The Person: Essential: Minimum of 3 years' sales experience in a B2B or technical sales environment, preferably within the energy sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively. Full UK driving licence. Desirable: Professional sales training or technical background in energy-related industries.
