Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 DOE + OTE & Uncapped Commission

Location: Brighton

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing tailored advice on Income Protection, Life Insurance, and Critical Illness Cover.
* Contacting customers who have engaged through digital marketing and inbound leads - no cold calling.
* Delivering a consultative sales approach, helping customers make informed decisions.
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets in a supportive, high-performing team.
* Keeping up to date with product and market knowledge to provide expert advice.
* Overcoming objections and building strong customer relationships.
* Ensuring accurate information is updated on the CRM system.
* Working to sales targets and managing your sales pipeline.
