BAM Site Solutions are looking to recruit a Head of Client Engagement to work closely with the Managing Director and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This role aims to increase customer satisfaction, identify business opportunities, and support the company’s sales and growth objectives through strategic engagement.
This is a full-time role and will involve a mixture of working from home and on site at Wellingborough. BAM operates a flexible working policy, actively encouraging periods of remote home working and flexibility in start and finish hours to fit into an individual's busy lifestyle.

Your mission
1. Manage and track relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and opportunities for growth are identified.
2. Lead the client engagement strategy, including client meetings, feedback sessions, and service improvements.
3. Develop and maintain a CRM strategy to manage client data effectively.
4. Engage in pricing and pre-construction activities, including bid preparation and contract negotiations.
5. Oversee the development of marketing materials to support client engagement initiatives.
6. In conjunction with the Managing Director, actively contribute to BAM Site Solutions business strategy, business plans, ensuring compliance and consistent delivery and rolling out of objectives and targets, including reporting requirements.
7. Set individual and team objectives for the four depots and Product Managers as assigned, ensuring performance against those objectives.
8. Understand and interpret the strategic direction of the Business Unit and align operational delivery to strategic intent within the depot teams.
9. Embed a culture of compliance to all UK & Ireland policies, targets, standards, and strategy in relation to safety, health, wellbeing, and sustainability.
10. Implement and deliver new opportunities within Site Solutions.
11. Embed new engagements and partnership approaches across industry, professional bodies, and trade associations as part of the business unit's future outlook.
12. Actively promote and embed product innovation, expertise, and practice into the depots in conjunction with the Product Managers.
13. Accountable for achieving client satisfaction and retention targets.
14. Responsible for accurate CRM data and reporting on client engagement performance.
15. Ensure timely feedback and client insights are fed into business improvement processes.
16. Accountable for leading bid and contract negotiation efforts with clients.
