Job Details
Older People’s Services has 8 residential services across Fife, with a team based in each service. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our care home team in Fife Council’s Residential and Day Services (East), on a casual basis, for the position of relief social care worker (night shift).
The successful candidate will undertake the keyworker role, which involves creating, monitoring and reviewing care plans, and keeping accurate records of support planning to ensure the service user receives the care and support outlined in their care plan.
The Person
* Must have or be able to work towards: SVQ 3 as required by the Scottish Social Services Council.
* Provide care and support that meets the Health and Social Care standards.
* Must be able to work with other Council services and partner agencies to support the effective planning and delivery of care.
* Ability to work flexibly and creatively within a dynamic and ambitious team.
