Area Sales Engineer (Capital Equipment: Chemical Market)

A growing business is looking for an Area Sales Engineer to join the team. Along with a salary of up to GBP 75,000 per annum, you will also receive a range of benefits including a commission scheme (15), a pension scheme, and a company car/car allowance.
This role is fully remote and you can work anywhere in the UK.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
1. Maintaining relationships with key clients, particularly EPCs and framework partners.
2. External sales/business development in the Chemical and Food and Beverage market.
3. Knowledge of centrifuge would be advantageous.
4. Liaising with clients.
5. Raising awareness of the company within the Pharmaceutical and Food markets.
6. Liaising with company personnel, in various global Product Homes, to ensure that the best technical and commercial offer is made and presented to the customer.
7. Attending customer meetings to lead or assist with tender submission, negotiation, and contract construction.
8. Using the company CRM system, ensuring that it is maintained up to date with respect to sales activity.
We're Looking For An Area Sales Engineer With:
1. Experience from a similar role (Capital Equipment: Chemical or Food market).
2. Previous sales experience.
3. Familiarity with process plant.
4. Good communication skills: able to work well with customers and colleagues.
5. Forward planning abilities, analytical skills, and capable of instilling customer confidence.
6. Knowledge of centrifuge technologies.
