Your Daily Responsibilities ● Coaching Excellence: Provide high-quality coaching to members in a fast-paced environment, delivering one-to-one, semi-private, and corporate training while managing multiple clients simultaneously. ● Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with members, offering ongoing support in training, nutrition, recovery, and mindset. ● Member Onboarding: Conduct consultations, fitness assessments, and body composition measurements. ● Program Development: Design and implement tailored training and nutrition plans, guiding members toward their goals. ● Ongoing Support: Offer continuous coaching and accountability to keep clients progressing. ● Operational Duties: Assist with gym operations, including opening/closing, health and safety checks, and member services. ● Gym Upkeep: Help maintain a clean and safe training environment. Qualifications and Experience Minimum Requirements: ● CIMSPA/REPS Level 3 Personal Training certification. Preferred Experience: ● A degree (or higher) in exercise, sport, nutrition, or health science. ●1 year of experience in a reputable gym. ●1 year as a successful self-employed personal trainer.
