About The Role We're looking for an innovative Performance Marketing Manager to lead Tropic’s digital performance marketing strategy. Reporting into the Head of Digital & E-Commerce and working closely with the wider E-Commerce and Marketing teams, you will be responsible for growing Tropic’s digital brand awareness and driving traffic and acquisition through paid and organic channels. You will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing and a proven track record of delivering new customer acquisition targets and long-term brand growth targets. You will be passionate about Skincare and Beauty with previous experience working with Skincare or Beauty Brands. Key Responsibilities Campaign Development and Optimisation Working closely with Marketing & Creative to lead end-to-end delivery of traffic driving, digital marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and SEO. Using digital expertise to ensure relevant, engaging creative and copy across channels. Continuously optimising campaigns to improve ROI, ROAS, engagement, and conversion rates. Building and implementing robust A/B testing strategies that drive incremental growth across key channels. Performance & Digital Strategy and Budget Developing and executing the full digital & performance marketing strategy to drive digital & e-commerce KPI’s and support the wider Tropic business ambitions. Identify growth opportunities through reactive data analysis, competitor benchmarking, and emerging digital trends. Ownership of the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend to achieve target KPIs and efficient agency spending throughout the year. Digital Content and Creative Expertise Lead creative strategy and deliverables for all paid channels, working closely with the Marketing & Creative Team to brief and optimise creative assets. Using digital expertise to ensure assets and all creative content are optimised for maximum customer engagement and efficiency across paid channels. Data-Driven Performance Analysis and Reporting Track, report, and interpret campaign performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ad Manager and Power BI. Present clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Use expertise to help upskill the wider Tropic business on the value and impact of digital marketing. Proactive Agency and Partner Management Oversee and manage relationships with partner agencies to ensure efficient and effective performance. Collaborate with Social and PR teams to expand partnership opportunities and amplify both influencer and creator content. Who We're Looking For We are seeking a dynamic digital marketing professional with: Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google/PMAX, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. Industry-specific experience: It's essential to have prior experience in digital marketing within the beauty and/or skincare sector. Expertise in TikTok: Not only do you need a solid understanding of the platform, but proven experience in effectively scaling and managing TikTok campaigns is crucial. Solid SEO knowledge: You should have a robust understanding of SEO best practices and how to implement these effectively. Exceptional analytical skills: You need the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Financial acumen: Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting is required. Technical proficiency: Skills in data analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Meta Ad Manager are essential. Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Bonus: Experience with TikTok Shop is highly regarded. What We Offer Location: Tropic HQ is a short walk from Beddington Lane Tram stop, with direct links to East Croydon and Wimbledon. Hybrid Working: Enjoy a blend of office (3 days) and remote (2 days) working. Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Salary: Starting from £45,000 per annum (depending on experience).
