About the role
Graypaul Birmingham has a fantastic opportunity available for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temporary contract for Maternity Leave cover.
As a Sytner Accounts Assistant, you will support the day to day functions of the accounts department from the sales and purchase ledgers to the daily cash postings and bank reconciliations. You will also assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team in month end accounts tasks and other ad-hoc duties where required.
The working pattern for this role is Monday – Friday, between 08:30 - 17:30.
About You
Previous experience and a good working knowledge of all accounting routines, including stock checks and month-end reconciliations are essential. Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge/Autoline Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office would is not essential but would be advantageous.
Ideally, you will be enthusiastic, well organised, diligent, and able to work to strict deadlines whilst paying attention to detail and working both as an individual and as part of a small team.
