Our SMETS Co-ordinator is responsible for providing a first point of contact technical and administrative support to our suppliers and other internal teams.A key responsibility of this role is to monitor and investigate SMETS commissioning issues on both power and gas meters, and to work towards communicated targets and KPIs. What you'll be doing First point of contact to provide accurate and timely administrative support to internal and external customers of the Technical Helpdesk Support engineers to complete their responsibilities with a key focus on minimising site visits and using the remote commissioning tools available to you Maintain awareness of, and comply with, the Company’s environmental, H&S management systems; including policy and procedures, and individual responsibilities Ensure the accurate reporting of any work-related accidents, dangerous occurrences, and ill health or near miss incidents in line with policy Report any known or suspected defects or failings in the OH&S management System without delay Take responsibility for both your own safety, and the safety of others Liaise with customers and suppliers as appropriate to ensure full knowledge of issues and to provide solutions as well as first class customer service Skilfully use systems to ensure that information is recorded accurately and with attention to detail Analyse, manage and close open faults in a timely manner and determine if site visits are chargeable or not to our suppliers Monitoring relevant mailboxes and ensuring responses re provided within agreed SLAs Accurately record and report relevant Management Information (MI) as required Manage faults by setting age profile against each fault and escalating when required Monitoring our manufacturers releasing new firmware updates and ensuring these are passed on to our suppliers Proactively look to improve efficiency and the customer journey Build strong relationships with other internal teams in order to achieve mutual understanding, sharing of knowledge and discussions around continuous improvement Who we're looking for Ability to remain calm and in control of a demanding and varied workload in an often pressurised environment Ability to prioritise own workload, and knowing when to appropriately escalate issues or questions Attention to detail, and a pride in providing accurate and timely support Strong problem solving and issue resolution ability Good communication skills, both written and oral First class customer service skills Previous industry experience an advantage Working with us you will benefit from A key strand to our corporate mission is to provide colleagues with high levels of job satisfaction, recognition, and personal development opportunity.
