Introduction Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator with a keen eye for data and analytics? Join the Internal Recruitment Team at Elysium as a Recruitment Administrator, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our hiring process while also utilising data and reporting to enhance our recruitment strategy. This role offers the opportunity to work across advertising, ATS management, reporting, and stakeholder support, making a direct impact on our recruitment operations. You’ll be based at our brand-new office in Luton on a hybrid basis, working 2-3 days a week from home. As a Recruitment Administrator you will be: Compile and maintain weekly and monthly reports on vacancies, recruitment performance, and key metrics. Support data cleansing and integrity within the ATS. Manage job adverts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates Provide administrative support by creating presentations, managing documents and folders, and compiling reports. Oversee the internal referral scheme and recruitment inboxes. Support diary management, meeting coordination, and note-taking for key recruitment meetings. Assist with ATS system management, including user support and troubleshooting. To be successful as a Recruitment Administrator you’ll need: Experience in recruitment administration, HR support, or a similar administrative role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, interpret, and present data in a meaningful way. Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. IT literate, with experience using ATS systems, Excel, and reporting tools (or the ability to quickly learn). A proactive mindset, with a problem-solving and solutions-focused approach.
