What are VioVet looking for?
1. Experience as a buyer or equestrian account manager
2. Knowledge of the Equine market
3. Strong commercial experience with proven track record of delivery of budgets and ability to manage multiple KPI’s at once
4. Strong negotiation skills
5. Problem Solver
6. Be able to analyse complex sets of data
7. Self-motivated, organized with excellent communications skills both verbal and written
8. Highly organised, work well under pressure and to achieve targets and deadlines
9. Excellent attention to detail
10. Strong verbal and written communication skills
11. Proactive and able to use your initiative
12. Able to manage a varied workload, conflicting deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
13. Proficiency in using retail software and advanced Microsoft Office Suite.
Some of the key responsibilities and duties need you to be:
14. Ensuring key performance metrics relating to the overall category performance are measured closely and achieved. These metrics include sales and margin performance
15. Manage supplier performance, identifying potential new suppliers, and support to build long term supplier relationships
16. Analysis of data to understand performance and opportunities
17. Conduct regular market and pricing reviews
18. Negotiate with suppliers to agree and deliver joint business plans for your category
19. Work with the supply chain team to ensure we have best-in-class availability, helping get our products to our customers on time
20. Work in collaboration with cross functional team to define and execute a successful strategy for the category
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: up to £35,000.00 per year depending on experience
