We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic Exams Administrator to join our Exams & MIS department.
In this important role, you will assist with all aspects of the Examination and Assessment processes, including the administration of examinations and entry of examination details onto the student record system. Working closely with the Head of Exams (College Group), you will take responsibility for your designated area where you will liaise with tutors and provide data where requested. You will assist in processing student data for registrations, book exams on both online and paper, create exam documentation for exam sessions/invigilators, and schedule the invigilators in for their working hours.
The successful candidate must have:
* An English & Maths qualification at Level 2 or GCSE
* Previous administrative experience
* Excellent data input skills and high attention to detail when processing data
* The ability to multi-task and flexibility to meet varying deadlines and business needs
* Good computer skills (in particular – Excel, Outlook, Word, Access)
* A confident personality, with the ability to manage difficult students and situations
* A team player attitude and be supportive of the wider Exam Team (Invigilators, ESC Team, Management)
* Knowledge of exams and examination board processes is highly desirable
