We are looking for a Customer Service Call Handler to join our team. This role involves managing a variety of customer service calls, providing support, and offering solutions to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, problem-solving, and providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction. We work in a large, modern open plan office, with a very friendly and welcoming team. Day-to-day of the role: Handle a diverse range of customer service calls with professionalism. Assess customer inquiries and issues, providing effective solutions. Offer clear and accurate information to assist customers, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour. Provide reassurance and support to customers, ensuring a positive service experience. Accurately log details about customer interactions and transactions into a computer system. Coordinate with other departments as necessary to resolve customer issues efficiently. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in handling customer service calls, preferably in a call centre environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and resolve inquiries. Proficient in managing information using computer systems. Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while handling multiple tasks. A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and enhancing customer satisfaction.
