Job Description
Purpose of the role:
As the Global CRM Content Editor, you are responsible for generating and developing written communication for our global CRM deliveries that drive customer engagement and increase sales.
What will you do?
* Produce engaging on-brand copy and content items for global CRM journeys and various channels (email, SMS WhatsApp, push notifications etc) in an efficient manner.
* Responsible for CRM copywriting, coordinating with global/local teams, managing deadline document.
* Collaborate with the CRM team to understand the target audience and create copy that resonates with them and delivers strong click-through rates, engagement, and conversion.
* Create and analyze A/B tests for subject lines, CTAs, driven to continuously improve CRM communication performance.
* Edit content in SFMC according to specs.
* Involved in ad-hoc projects developing ideas and copywriting for different features, launches and tools communicated in CRM.
Your background and your qualifications:
* Strong editorial, proofreading, and writing skills
* Proven experience with CRM/email copywriting best practices
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
* Great attention to details plus the ability to communicate clearly
* Ability & experience pairing creative writing with design, data, and analytics
* Ability to interpret a current trends and conversations and turn it into a single minded creative communication idea.
* More than 5 years’ experience in professional and commercial writing from working in an agency or in-house creative team
* 1+ year of experience in writing effective and engaging content for email marketing
* A degree in advertising, marketing, communications, media or journalism
* Native English speaker alternative several years working with English copy .
* You have proven conceptual skills and a strong record in creating immaculate copy in English that stands out from the crowd.
