Childcare Practitioner - Nursery in Sleaford

Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Part-time available for the right candidate)
Pay Rate: £14.75 - £15 per hour
Simply Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and passionate Childcare Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery in Sleaford. This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 3 Childcare Practitioner or experienced early years professional looking to support the learning and development of young children in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing high-quality childcare and ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment
Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Encouraging children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured play and interactive learning
Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere
Monitoring and assessing children's progress, supporting their early learning journey
Candidate Requirements:
A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) is essential
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early years best practices
A passion for child development and creating engaging learning experiences
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
