Working Hours: 8.30 - 5.00 Mon - Fri (must be flexible)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation, service and maintenance of our wide range of security products.
2. Provide excellent service to customers, building solid working relationships.
3. Attending urgent service calls to meet our service level agreements.
4. Being involved in a 24-hour emergency cover rota (Weekend only).
Requirements:
1. 2 years' plus experience in the security industry is essential.
2. Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
3. Full UK driving licence.
4. Must be able to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
5. Excellent time management.
6. Positive attitude towards personal development.
