Administrative Assistant - London Bridge \n\nSalary: £30k \n\nHours 9-5:30 (full time office role)\n\nJoin Our Team as an Administrative Assistant!\n\nIconic and historical food themed tourist hot spot based in London Bridge is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Administrator to join their team.\n\nDue to changes within this exciting and fun organisation they are looking for an experienced Administrator to support a new team with a variety of admin tasks.\n\nAbout the Role:\n As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations. You will assist key team members with various tasks, project coordination, and communication with stakeholders. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for sustainability and food standards, this is the perfect opportunity for you!\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide daily administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling general inquiries.\nOrganise and maintain accurate records, files, and databases related to trader development, food standards, and sustainability initiatives.\nPrepare presentations, briefing documents, and meeting materials to support various projects.\nTake notes at meetings and follow up on action points as necessary.\nServe as a key point of contact for traders and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.\nCoordinate trader processes, ensuring effective communication and documentation.\nAssist in planning and executing development activities, workshops, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
