We are actively seeking a talented 1st Line Infrastructure Technician with proven previous experience needed for a multiple award-winning, environmental company with a large client base. The role will be based in Helsby, North West England. The role will primarily be office based in our Helsby office, however there will be some flexibility for home working available. The technician will be primarily responsible for resolving technical issues within the organisation's network infrastructure, including software, server and storage systems. You will be required to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop solutions to solve them, in addition to providing an escalation point for junior engineers. The successful candidate will have worked within a professional services environment of 1000 users and will have administered and have knowledge of both physical cloud based virtual servers and networks.
