We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have experience and understanding of National Health services, with demonstrable organisational skills and be able to work autonomously and as part of a team. You must have good and clear leadership skills and evidence of supporting staff across all roles. A flexible approach is needed to manage the changing picture in line with the National agenda, driving the service forward to embed all aspects of Freedom to Speak Up.
