Annual salary: up to £41,500.00 Facilities Manager – Hard Services Livingston Permanent, Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary up to £41,500 plus company car About the role: We are looking for a Facilities Manager – Hard Services to join our team in Livingston. Your main duties will be to ensure that the service provided to the facilities meets the contract specification and is managed in a compliant and safe manner. The main role will be to manage the personal, supervisors, FMA’s, the day to day job stacks as well as subcontractor engagement. Role Criteria: Extensive experience in an FM environment or from a trade background Supervisor experience Excellent communication Full UK driving licence All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
