Grafton Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing technology company seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to join their team on a minimum 12 month contract basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to take ownership of strategic field programs and drive brand engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition specifically within the English and Italian market.
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing scalable marketing programs. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement campaigns that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales conversion rates. Your efforts will directly contribute to business growth and customer engagement in the region.
THE ROLE:
Some of your responsibilities as a Field Marketing Manager:
* Develop and execute regional marketing programs, including events, webinars, and targeted campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
* Manage and optimise marketing programs beyond in-person events, including email campaigns, digital outreach, and direct mail.
* Collaborate closely with sales teams to support market-specific strategies and ensure effective lead conversion.
* Adapt global marketing materials and campaigns to resonate with Italian-speaking audiences.
* Track marketing performance, analyse data, and refine strategies to maximise pipeline generation and conversion.
* Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, agencies, and third-party partners to enhance marketing effectiveness.
THE CANDIDATE:
* Fluent Italian (professional proficiency required)
* Minimum 3 years' experience in field marketing, preferably within enterprise technology or software.
* Strong expertise in event management, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
* Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and drive measurable business impact.
* Experience working with marketing automation systems and CRM tools.
* Highly analytical, with the ability to track campaign success and optimise based on insights.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
