The business is organised as two Product Centres in Bristol and Heybridge with shared support resources provided from our teams in East Grinstead; we operate an integrated programme delivery team across the Bristol and Heybridge sites.
As a Services Co-Ordinator, you will provide excellent support for sales & services to a portfolio of customers and internal staff. The role is customer-facing and requires you to be reactive to issues that you are aware of before it becomes a problem for the customer.
In this role, you will gather data, analyse performance against contract, and complete customer status reports to issue to the customers at the customer's determined frequency.
Work with us and we’ll welcome you into an inclusive culture, one that invests in your continuous learning and development, and gives you access to a wide breadth and depth of experience.
We offer excellent development, a competitive salary, and exceptional benefits. These include bonus, employee support assistance, and employee discounts.
Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum, we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, a minimum of three days per week.
What you will be doing:
* Delivering second-to-none customer service to the customers, dealing with a wide range of day-to-day queries around orders, products, and returns.
* Building and developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
* Ordering processing and fulfilment for assigned customers.
* Answering customer enquiries via telephone and email for supplied parts and services.
* Liaising with Company Partners for all service enquiries and orders.
* Monitoring customer and supplier financial accounts.
* Producing customer order acknowledgements.
* Logging orders onto the company ERP system.
* Logging and supporting customer complaints to ISO 9001:2015.
* Monitoring orders placed for delivery expectations.
* Liaising with other departments to determine stock availability.
* Answering stock queries and expediting the dispatch of goods.
* Liaising with dispatch agents when necessary.
* Booking all aspects of travel and accommodation for Services Support staff as well as any visiting customers.
* Providing hospitality to all visiting customers and representatives.
* Helping with telephone and email technical support of company-supported products.
* Issuing quotations and creating sales orders/work orders.
* Referring all customer correspondence to available field engineers.
Who we’re looking for:
* The applicant must be proficient in MS Office and PC-based Engine Diagnostics/Programming. On-the-job training will be provided for all relevant business IT systems.
* Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
* An organised approach to tasks.
* Experience of working in a customer service environment.
* Able to adapt and respond quickly to changing requirements.
* Capable of working on own initiative.
* Clean full UK Driving Licence.
The professional level and salary of the position will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
We are an equal opportunities employer. We’re committed to developing a diverse workforce and an inclusive working environment. We believe that people from different backgrounds and cultures give us different perspectives. And the more perspectives we have, the more successful we’ll be.
