Marketing Director - IAS Belfast - Hybrid We have an incredible opening for a Marketing Director for work with our Integrated Airspace team. Based in Belfast but operating at a Global level, this role will be responsible for the marketing strategy and positioning of our unique product range across various campaigns including international trade events. The role will report into the VP of Strategy for the Business Line but also work closely with senior Stakeholders in Belfast, including developing a closer relationship with Sales and the Senior Leadership. We're ideally looking for the successful candidate to have a strong understanding of the defence market, have experience leading marketing strategy on a global scale and be familiar with liaising with C-suite level personnel. Please note, we will require the successful individual be able to achieve Security Clearance, further details below. Main activities: Establishes the Marketing Plan and ensures its execution. Manages integrated marketing campaigns: planning, preparation, and validation of external communication, selection of exhibitions and events, definition and validation of communication objectives, content, and messaging. Facilitates Users Group, organizes and manages related events. Guides Business Development in alignment with the Product Strategy and Policy. Implements Value-Based Pricing: sets price targets for products, validated during the Business Plan Decision Review, and for offers in Gate 1. Manages product branding and ensures proper execution of the process. Contributes to the market vision development: volume, segmentation, dynamics. Defines, ensures proper implementation, and validates sales support materials. Aligns with the goals and actions of the Marketing GBU, responds to Segment Marketing requests, and maintains coherence. These activities are performed in collaboration with PLM, CMI, Communication, Business Development, Sales, Proposals, in coordination with GBU, Segment Marketing, and other internal functions and entities. Inputs: SBP (Strategic Business Plan), MYB, SER, T360, Product Policy Reviews, BL objectives, Sales feedback, Gates, customer and user interactions. Outputs: Marketing Plan, sales support materials, communications. Skills and experience required Experience of leading and delivering market strategy within defence markets and business models Experience with Value-Based Pricing Strong writing skills, excellent communication and relationship management abilities, team leadership Excellent project management skills and relationship building skills across various teams Good ability to understand and enforce the implementation of a Marketing Stack Customer Intelligence Understand the current marketing trends. Strong knowledge on: Persona definition, Customer Journey mapping, Marketing Data Analytics, SEO, SEM and Customer Personal Data management (GDPR) Sales Enablement Strong knowledge on: Sales enablement content creation, sales enablement content performance, sales readiness management and sales enablement platform management Campaigns Strong knowledge on: Marketing & Sales Funnel management, Campaigns design tactics and execution (product-based, Segment-based, Account-based), Marketing & Sales interface (Inside Sales interactions) and Marketing Automation platforms to manage campaign programming and track leads generation Agile Marketing Strong knowledge on: Growth Hacking technics and Funnel management, A/B Testing approaches, Scrum Marketing and Learn Marketing.
