* Standalone HR Manager
* SME within Financial Services industry
* Office based in Battersea, SW London
* Monday to Thursday onsite & Friday WFH
* Salary up to £50,000 p.a.
We are delighted to be exclusively supporting a Financial Services consultancy in their search for a new HR Manager, to facilitate further business growth whilst maintaining a great workplace culture. This is a busy and diverse role where you will take charge of all HR generalist and ER responsibilities, as a key part of the senior leadership team.
Responsibilities
* First point of contact for all HR queries
* Work directly with the CEO to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
* Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
* Manage the recruitment and selection process
* Nurture a positive working environment
* Oversee and manage performance appraisal, L&D and Rewards & Benefits programs
* Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
* Ensure accurate administration and legal compliance throughout human resource management
Requirements and skills
* Extensive working experience as a HR Manager or other Senior HR Executive in the UK
* People oriented and results driven
* Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
* Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
* Ideally holding or working towards CIPD Level 5, or equivalent experience / qualification
