Job overview
* To support the implementation and delivery of commissioning functions of primary care services as delegated to the ICB on behalf of NHS England.
Main duties of the job
* Support the primary care team to ensure that the portfolio of programmes and projects is effectively planned, managed and delivered.
* Respond to communication from primary care contractors on operational, resilience and contractual issues.

Knowledge, Training and Experience
* Good understanding of continuing healthcare within the NHS and ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
