Represent Penmann to clients, designing bespoke solutions that align with our strategy, vision, and values.
* Deliver sales and growth targets within an allocated geographical region
* Attend client sites to promote Penmann business and develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements
* Design bespoke solutions by combining client needs with available products and services
* Prepare and present sales proposals to customers
* Actively follow up on leads and submitted proposals to finalise contracts
* Work collaboratively with the Business Development Team to generate new business and develop existing accounts
* Proven technical sales experience, preferably in HVAC or similar technical products
* Competent in the use of CRM software
* Strong track record in developing and executing sales strategies
* Experience in developing sustained client relations
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts
* Service Account Management experience (desirable)
