Our acquisitive client, is a multi-site service organisation who is looking to appoint a People Operations Lead to lead the implementation and delivery of an effective, efficient and professional HR Operations function across a business in growth mode, acting as a champion of improvement and delivery and the knowledge to automate HR processes and roll out across multi-sites. Reporting to a highly commercial CPO, this is an opportunity to implement and manage scalable HR processes and systems that supports the current ways of working and establish HR Operations Services best practice for an organisation with a growth trajectory. This is a challenging and interesting role, where you will be a key member of the HR leadership team and strategic people plan, responsible for the implementation of the HR Operations strategy ensuring the delivery of the business objectives and targets. You will also be responsible for leading, developing and supporting the build of the HR Infrastructure and Systems, provide insights and data to support decision making as well as implementing SLA’s across the HR Operations area, during a period of change and transformation. This is a role, which allows strategic input and project delivery as well as the opportunity to add value to enhance and drive forward a high performing HR Operational function, to deliver effective and accurate transactional people processes for the entire employee lifecycle. To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced Tech-savvy, HR Operations Manager, ideally with previous HR Business Partnering, with a proven track record of developing and delivering HR Operations solutions, at both an operational and strategic level. Commercially astute with experience of change management, you will need the confidence and tenacity to motivate and engage the senior management team to ensure projects and initiatives are delivered. The ability to build credibility quickly and contribute to the wider HR agenda will also be required.
