Monitoring and tracking the expiration dates of managed service contracts
Proactively initiating discussions with clients regarding contract renewals
Preparing and presenting contract renewal proposals to clients
Negotiating contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements to secure renewals
Identifying opportunities for upselling additional services or solutions to existing clientsKey Skills and Experience of a Renewals Specialist:
Previous experience in contract renewal management, customer relationship management or a related role is preferred
You should be proficient in CRM and contract management software
KPI driven with a focus on revenue generation and customer retention
Strong communication and negotiation skills is necessary
