Main duties of the job
As a Customer Service Advisor, your focus will be to support the Home by providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person, and by telephone. Other responsibilities will include being responsible for the reception area and ensuring it is always presented to a high standard, supporting with the process of show rounds, actively following up and managing any sales enquiries through to admissions, and assisting the Home Administrator as required.

* Have effective interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner.
* Be computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Suite.
* Demonstrate a positive attitude to all residents and visitors.
* Ideally have previous experience in working in a customer service role for a minimum of two years.
