Job Description
As a Financial Resilience Officer, you will need to think creatively and source ways to support individuals struggling financially. This involves accessing discretionary funding, working in partnership with local organizations, and helping residents maximize their income and minimize expenditure.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require a good standard of education (GCSEs or equivalent), knowledge of Welfare Benefits, Council Tax, and debt recovery legislation, as well as up-to-date knowledge of Housing, local, and national policies.
