Key Responsibilities:
* Make high-volume outbound calls/emails to potential customers with the goal of converting quotes into sales.
* Sell service contracts to existing and prospective customers across GB and Ireland.
* Identify and act on sales opportunities, presenting the benefits of our products and services to secure new or additional business.
* Ensure the agreed levels of service are delivered to maintain and grow business opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation at all times.
* Collaborate with internal departments such as Account Management, Credit Control, and Sales Operations as needed.
* Actively support compliance standards and maintain professionalism, honesty, and integrity in all interactions.
* Promote health, safety, and environmental standards as a core part of our business practices.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: Previous outbound sales experience with a proven individual sales record is essential. Demonstrable negotiation skills and a strong ability to close sales professionally.
* Skills: Excellent telephone manner, communication skills (written and verbal), and IT proficiency (experience with MS Office and Sage is critical).
* Abilities: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and on your own initiative.
