The Role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Clinically Leading Therapist. This is a permanent position that requires a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex needs resulting from autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and SEMH issues.
* Collaborate with the onsite clinical team to coordinate line management and service development of the clinical school-based service.
* Hold a therapy caseload with support from our established clinical network and contribute to staff training and consultation.
* Support the integration of our service in the day-to-day running of each provision.
Requirements:
* Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, or registered Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
* Experience in providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
* Full UK valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
