Our client, a globally-recognised Brand who are at the forefront of their industry, is looking for an experienced and talented Executive Assistant to join their London operations.
Supporting two of the Creative team, within this worldwide operation, this role will require someone who can work to tight deadlines and has an exemplary level of discretion.
Duties will include:
* Manage calendar (booking all meetings, rectifying scheduling conflicts, ensuring all correct parties are aware of meetings, zoom links etc)
* Email correspondence and follow up taking into account action, referral or response
* Internal and external point of contact and relationship management
* Travel arrangements and itineraries (i.e. booking transport, arranging car services, booking hotel rooms, visas)
* Managing expenses (i.e. input all receipts monthly for expense report, track down lost receipts, justifying all expenses, paying balances)
* Invoice checks and approvals, in line with and in consideration of budget
* Sourcing and ordering key items
* Organise, create, print and share materials for meetings
* Order and set up catering for in office meetings/events
* Book relevant reservations and appointments
* Track annual leave and allowances
* Assist with the planning and organising of activities
* Management of clear communication between different departments on all projects
* Schedule and support with arranging personal appointments and trips
This role will require someone who is a self-starter with great attention to detail and first-class interpersonal skills. You must be able to work across a variety of projects and display excellent computer and communication skills. To be considered, get your CV across today and don’t miss out!
