To support their growth, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. What You'll Do: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the facilities management sector through targeted sales strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop and implement business plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities. Support the Tender & Bid team with high-quality submissions and presentations. Work closely with marketing, technical, and bid teams to ensure aligned service delivery. Use Pipedrive CRM to manage the sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and meet KPIs. Guide prospects through the sales funnel with effective communication and engagement. What We're Looking For: Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales, preferably within hard facilities management. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Proven track record of client engagement at all levels. In-depth understanding of the UK facilities management market, particularly hard services like HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems. Familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive or similar) and digital marketing techniques like SEO and SEM. Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
