An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to join a growing financial planning practice, providing support to a team of client-facing advisers. What can you expect?
* Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).

Key Responsibilities:
* Receive instructions from advisers following client meetings and interpret the data provided.
* Analyse client information and conduct thorough research using various tools to provide tailored solutions.
* Consolidate client needs and objectives into clear recommendations and action plans, delivered through suitability reports, illustrations, and key features documents.
* Ensure all tasks comply with company procedures and regulatory standards.
* Prepare client files for reviews and ensure they remain compliant on an ongoing basis.
* Research and analyse appropriate financial products and services based on individual client circumstances.
* Propose and draft financial solutions that meet each client’s goals, needs, and objectives.
Relevant Skills and Experience:
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Paraplanning role, preferably within an independent financial adviser (IFA) environment.
* A clear understanding of the financial planning process.
* Ability to produce professional, technical reports that support the advice process.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work without supervision and meet agreed outcomes.
* Capable of prioritising your workload and managing the Paraplanning team’s tasks.
* Technical knowledge of investments and pensions advice.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Intelligent Office.
Qualifications:
* High-level knowledge of investment and pension products.
