Responsibilities:
1. Initiate contact with the customer
2. Interact with visitors and seek every opportunity to increase sales at all customer touchpoints enhancing the customer experience
3. Combine a Customer First focus with store tasks
4. Work actively with additional sales in all touch points such as the cash desk, fitting room, on the floor and other areas of interaction
5. Work actively to reach both store common and individual goals
6. Take an active part in developing own skills and performance, contributing to a good working environment
7. Cooperate with all colleagues. Give and receive feedback in a constructive way
8. Act according to Lindex values & steering documents
9. Continuously improve working methods within the role
10. Seek and share necessary information to reach the best results
