Develop and implement personalized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with staff, therapists, and families. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports emotional and social development. Assess and track progress, celebrating achievements big and small. The ideal candidate will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications. Have experience working with children with a range of SEN, such as autism, ADHD, sensory impairments, or complex needs. Be passionate about SEN education and committed to providing an inclusive and supportive learning experience. Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching strategies.
