Remote working role Our client is extremely excited to advertise the role of Supply Chain Operator/Warehousing Trainer. You will work within the apprenticeship team and be responsible for teaching and training new knowledge, skills and behaviours, to a caseload of learners, where you will guide them in readiness for their End Point Assessments. Working as part of the apprenticeship delivery team this role will require you to work independently delivering remote training sessions online and supporting learners by preparing them for their End Point Assessment elements. This trainer will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning and assessment of the apprenticeship standards, with a specific focus on L2 Supply Chain Operator and L3 Warehouse Operations Supervisor. The role requires a high quality, committed and passionate trainer who will have a deep understanding of logistics, and a real desire to transform our learners lives and help employers to grow their business and get a return in investment. The trainer will need a real passion for teaching and learning, be personable and engaging, organised and be able to self-manage. An enthusiastic professional with experience of delivering apprenticeship standards is essential. The main roles and responsibilities include: Deliver teaching and training on knowledge, skills and behaviours and support learners to achieve standards. Develop resources and materials for apprenticeship standards at a high quality. Manage a caseload of learners, providing customised high-quality delivery. Guide and support learners and their employers in the effective pursuit of their qualifications, individual learning programme and progression planning with regular 12 weekly tripartite reviews, to ensure learners are on track plus gaining the support they need. To meet learning outcomes and improving core skills in a flexible and appropriate manner within the environment in which they are located, to ensure achievement of standards in accordance with the learner journey and timely achievement. Using online platforms such as, Skill Forward and Vault, to ensure all learner records, progress and reporting are kept up to date and provided in a timely manner to support management monthly reporting. Ensure all learners progress reports are kept up to date and are accurate. Ensure the manager is notified of any learners at risk or any issues immediately. Ensure timely achievements are met, including retention where possible. Collaborate with the other staff and the Quality team to ensure standards are met. Working in a flexible manner to respond to changes in demands and workload. Showing a commitment to working unassisted while having the required self-discipline. Undertake any training relevant to the efficient execution of any of the above duties and to take responsibility for own professional development. Essential requirements are: Sector specific knowledge. Previous experience of delivering on apprenticeship standards Teacher training qualification (level 4 equivalent or above) English and Maths qualifications (level 2 equivalent or above) Experience of working in the modern training/education sector Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA Excellent IT skills and confident with online remote delivery. Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle. Must be flexible with travel.
