A permanent opportunity has arisen for someone to join the People & Communications team, as a People Advisor. We'd love to hear from you if you have previous HR generalist experience, excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. The role The People Advisor will support the successful delivery of the People Plans by providing guidance to colleagues and managers on key areas such as recruitment, induction, learning & development, reward, performance management, change management and engagement. The role will be varied and some of the key responsibilities will include : Responsible for carrying out HR administrative tasks to a high standard Supporting, coaching and training line managers in the application of our People Policies and Procedures Supporting line managers and employees in employee relations matters Supporting the regular review of policies and procedures to ensure that they are in line with the relevant legislation Responsible for the induction and onboarding of new colleagues Responsible for allocating training to colleagues on a quarterly basis and monitoring completion Responsible for HR reporting – such as sickness monitoring and HR metrics Responsible for administration and management of HRIS system including employee records, ATS (Recruitment), Learning and Benefits, ensuring the data held is accurate Supporting the People Business Partner with recruitment processes Interacting with payroll monthly to ensure changes are processed on time and accurately Supporting with ad hoc HR projects as required. What experience are we looking for?
