Nursing Leadership Team – Assistant Support Manager Medicine and Unscheduled Care Portfolio. 25 hours per week part time The MUSC Portfolio is looking to appoint an exceptional talent to the role of an Assistant Support Manager to support the Nurse Leadership structure. This is a chance for an individual to build upon their experience in a fast paced and high profile services that represent key performance areas for NHS Grampian. The successful candidate will have responsibility for day to day executive administration across all medical specialties, working closely with Nursing Leadership to deliver high quality clinical services. The postholder will perform an active role in supporting the Lead Nurse as well as the Nurse Managers across the Portfolio. We are looking to appoint an organised and adaptable individual with a proven track record of service delivery, excellent organisational skills, experienced in understanding and presenting data and significant experience of collaborative working. This is a demanding position which seeks previous experience in working with complex HR/Payroll systems, but one which will offer excellent opportunities for career development and progression.
