We are seeking an experienced creative to join our Marketing team to work with our Consumer Savings and Vehicle Finance teams in delivering our customer communications strategy. About the role The role of the Customer Communications Executive is to provide first-line support for the communications strategy for Vehicle Finance and Savings customers, working closely with stakeholders across the business. This includes applying Consumer Duty principles to customer journeys and communications, ensuring they are clear and easy to understand to enable the customer to make informed decisions to achieve good financial outcomes. Responsibilities include developing marketing, servicing and transactional customer communications for B2B and B2C content channels, branding, product positioning and lead generation. Key responsibilities (Full role profile attached) Customer communications including development and execution of contact strategies and campaigns for customer acquisition and retention. Management of social media content Partnership Management including lead generation campaigns, sales conversion Sales team communications including creation of sales tools for external sales team and multi channel brand management What you will bring You will have experience in a similar role with exemplary communication skills and demonstrable evidence of creating engaging copy for both business to business and business to customer communications and discern appropriate style and tone of voice for content. This is a multi product role with a number of stakeholders both internally and externally therefore the ability to influence and manage multiple relationships including 3rd parties is essential, along with the ability to manager and own multiple projects, priorities and deliverables. You will have fluent understanding of Pardot and/or Dot Digital platforms, marketing automation tools and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. You will also have website CMS experience. Financial services experience or other regulated industry experience is helpful but not essential.
