Our International Private Banking (IPB) team is looking for a Relationship Associate to join our dynamic Key Client Relationship Management team in the Isle of Man. Our Key Client IPB team is focussed on working with high-net-worth customers. In this Relationship Management role, you'll be supporting a growing portfolio of high net worth customers with all their banking needs nurturing close relationships and delivering exemplary outcomes to customers, with a goal of enhancing value and profitability through increased relationship depth. Role Responsibilities Carrying out daily procedural tasks such as managing deposits to support the management of external and internal client relationships. Joining Relationship Managers on client appointments, providing support and follow-up actions. Assisting with progressing new account enquiries and collaborating closely with our dedicated stakeholders. Working with other Associates to ensure smooth operational running of the private banking desk on a day-by-day basis, reacting to changing priorities and circumstances to meet client needs. Working within current standard compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and reporting simple non-compliance issues. Developing personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities. What You’ll Need Relationship Building : Ability to quickly build relationships and understand customer needs. Customer Focus : Strong focus on delivering great service and meeting customer needs. Organisational Skills : Strong organisational skills to support customer needs and manage tasks efficiently. Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. And any experience of these would be really useful Previous Relationship Management, banking or business experience where you've had to deal with customers.
