This role is with a globally recognized managed security service provider specializing in advanced cybersecurity solutions. The organization operates Security Operations Centers (SOCs) across multiple regions, including offices in the US, UK, Middle East, Africa, and Australasia, offering services such as threat detection and response, incident management, and cyber risk advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service Delivery: Serve as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity services, ensuring efficient and effective delivery to end customers. Oversee service delivery ensuring SLA compliance and client satisfaction.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates and advisory support. Act as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity matters, tailoring services to meet client-specific requirements.
3. Performance and Quality Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of cybersecurity services, identifying opportunities for improvement. Ensure high-quality delivery through regular audits, reviews, and reporting.
4. Incident and Crisis Management: Lead major and critical incident handling, providing clear guidance and leadership during crisis situations. Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve incidents and prevent recurrence.
5. Resource and Financial Management: Manage resources effectively to meet client needs while adhering to budgetary constraints. Provide input on financial planning and optimization of cybersecurity services.
6. Advisory and Strategic Input: Support projects by providing business, professional, and technical advice. Contribute to the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies and solutions.
Key Skills and Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Familiarity with service delivery processes and security platforms (e.g., SIEM, IPS, IDS, and Proxy Services).
* Proven ability to organize and prioritize work effectively, even under pressure.
* Experience in crisis management, demonstrating leadership in high-stakes situations.
* Management and business process skills, with the ability to balance advisory and operational responsibilities.
Minimum Certifications:
