Location: Sheffield
Shift: Tuesday to Saturday 6.30am - 2.30pm
We have a vacancy for a Grade 3 Operative - Stock Controller working within the Supply Chain department. Throughout the shift, strict health, safety, and hygiene standards must be adhered to at all times, reporting to the Team Leader.
Principle Accountabilities/ Duties & Responsibilities:
* To maintain effective communication within the area.
* To maintain a safe working environment.
* To ensure stock system is adhered to.
* To assist other team members where appropriate.
* Other ad hoc projects as directed by Warehouse Supervisors.
* To fully maintain the M3 training matrix.
* To fully understand all aspects of M3 for the department.
* To assist with other Despatch duties.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Basic numeracy skills.
* Ability to plan and organize workload.
* Good M3 knowledge (Training will be provided) and PC skills.
* Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
* Candidates should be able to work effectively as part of a team and possess a positive attitude to carrying out a variety of tasks.
* Having a detailed approach to work is essential, along with being both a conscientious and reliable member of the team.
